Primary care services including but not limited to evaluation and treatment for illnesses, preventative care, wellness visits, immunizations, and treatment for injuries are available at three clinics: DeSoto Regional Family Medicine Mansfield, Zwolle Rural Clinic, and DeSoto Regional Family Medicine Logansport.
DeSoto Regional Family Medicine Mansfield is located at 130 Jefferson Street in Mansfield.

Internist Dr. Denis Kamberov, Pediatrician Dr. Brandon Salgado, Lori Eubanks NP, and Naishia Pipkins APRN provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Additional services include Licensed Clinical Social Worker Stacey Dillard, and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Larry Allen. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Zwolle Rural Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Family Medicine physician Peter Lau and Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Rials provides services to the residents of Sabine Parish and surrounding areas. Patients may call (318) 645-6013 for appointments.
DeSoto Regional Family Medicine Logansport, located at 808 Main Street in Logansport, is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Physician's Assistants Katherine Brame and Bob Toner take care of primary care needs daily. Dr. Denis Kamberov serves as Medical Director.
