Heidi Richardson is the Chief Nurse Executive for DeSoto Regional Health System. She was born in Shreveport, La and has lived in Grand Cane her entire life. She received her education from Central School Corp and is a graduate of Panola College in Carthage, Tx.
Heidi has 14 years of healthcare experience. She began her career here at DeSoto Regional in the Surgery Dept where she worked until 2014. She then worked in Shreveport for a while and returned to Mansfield in 2016 working for the local nursing homes. She was the Director of Nurses at DeSoto Retirement prior to coming back to DeSoto Regional in April 2021 as the Director of Infection Control. In March 2022 she was promoted to position of Chief Nurse Executive.
During her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her two children and husband. They like to be outdoors enjoying all of Gods blessings.
