Full-time position will serve as a liaison between the health care organization team and community partners to improve local health outcomes.   The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, public speaking experience, management experience and the ability to lead teams.  Three years of experience with community engagement and outreach is required. A degree in health care, education or community development is preferred.
