The DeSoto Regional Health System Foundation was established in 1994 as the "fundraising arm" of the DeSoto Regional Health System (DRHS). The Foundation is an essential part of insuring the future of healthcare delivery in our region.

Mission
The development, management, and distribution of gifts to assist DeSoto Regional Health System in providing excellence in healthcare for the communities we serve.

Why Give?
Not-for-profit hospitals seek community assistance in the form of volunteer time and financial support to meet needs that are not covered by reimbursement. Contributions ensure the development, advancement and preservation of the best healthcare services possible for our residents and visitors.

Gifts to the DeSoto Regional Health System Foundation provide financial assistance to sustain DRHS's high quality of care. These gifts support clinical programs and services, community health and wellness programs, renovation to hospital buildings and capital expenditures.

How to Contribute
Gifts of all sizes are appreciated. The Foundation is a tax-exempt, public foundation, incorporated in the state of Louisiana and designated as a 501(c)(3) organization, making your donation tax deductible. Gifts may be cash donations, credit card, highly appreciated stock or real property and may be made in honor or memory of a loved one.
