DeSoto Regional is a not-for-profit 57-bed acute care hospital serving the parishes of DeSoto, Red River, and Sabine, in Louisiana along with several counties of east Texas. With a history going back to 1952, DeSoto Regional today is a vibrant and modern healthcare system with its main campus in Mansfield, Louisiana and satellite clinics located in Mansfield, Logansport and Zwolle.

Fitness First and Rehab are additional services provided by DeSoto Regional Health System. The fitness center includes health and wellness programs for the community and rehab services provided by the TheraTeam group include physical therapy as well as occupational therapy to both inpatients and outpatients alike.

The hospital system utilizes a variety of modern, state of the art equipment and services and employs approximately 250 qualified professional, technical and support personnel. Today's system is solidly build upon past success and looks forward to an even more promising future.
