Dietary and Cafeteria

DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
Café Bon Chasse, located inside the hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

WEDNESDAY :      BBQ Chicken / Fried Pork Chops/Dirty  
                                 Rice /  Potatoe Salad / Mustard Greens
                                 Macaroni & Cheese / Fried Green Tomatoes 
THURSDAY:          Chicken & Dumpling / Lasagna
                                Rice/ Mashed Potatoes/ Sweet Pea   
                                Bahamas Style Veggie/Broccoli Bits                      
     FRIDAY :           Fried & Baked Fish/Boiled Shrimp
                                French Fries/ Onion Rings/ Steamed
                                Cabbage / Fried Okra/ Corn & Potatoes
