Dietary and Cafeteria

At DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
Café Bon Chasse, located inside the hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

WEDNESDAY :      Beef Brisket / Baked Chicken  
                                 Rice / Scalloped Potatoes / Purple Hull Peas
                                 Mustard Greens / Fried Corn Nuggets                                  
     THURSDAY:     Spaghetti w/ Meat Sauce/ Grilled
                                 Rice / Mashed Potatoes / Ornintal Veggie Blend
                                 Blk. Eye Peas / Broccoli Bits     
     FRIDAY :           Fried & Baked Fish/Boiled Shrimp
                                French Fries/ Onion Rings/ Steamed
                                Cabbage / Fried Okra/ Corn & Potatoes
