Dietary and Cafeteria

          DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
The hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

                                  Baked Squash / Broccoli Bits   
 Tuesday:                Chicken & Dumpling /Fried Pork Chops               
                                 Rice /Mashed Potatoes/Italian Green Beans
                                 Mixed Vegetables /Fried Squash 
WEDNESDAY :       Baked Chicken/ Roast Beef   
                                Rice/Mashed Potatoes/Purple Hull Peas 
                                Turnip Greens / Corn Nuggets                                   
   THURSDAY:        Lasagna / Country Fried Steak
                                Rice / Mashed Potatoes/Capri Style Veggies 
                                Sweet Peas / Fried Veggie Sticks
     FRIDAY :           Fried & Baked Fish / Boiled Shrimp
                                French Fries /Onion Rings/Fried Okra
                               Cabbage / Corn & Potatoes.
