Dietary and Cafeteria

DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
The hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

WEDNESDAY :      Roast Beef /Sunday Chicken  
                                 Rice/Mashed Potatoes / Field Peas
                                 Mustard Greens / Fried Veggie Sticks
   THURSDAY:      Hamburger Casserole / Chicken Fried Chicken                                                       
                                Rice/ Mashed Potatoes / Calif. Style Veggies                                  
                                Blk.-Eye Peas/ Fried Corn Nuggets 
     FRIDAY :            Baked & Fried Fish / Boiled Shrimps
                                 French Fries / Onion Rings / Fried Okra
                                 Boiled Cabbage / Boiled Corn & Potatoes
