Dietary and Cafeteria

          DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
The hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 Tuesday:                 Meat Loaf / Roasted Pork Loin         
                                  Rice /Mashed Potatoes/Green Beans 
                                  Baked Squash/Fried Veggie Sticks
WEDNESDAY :       Fried Chicken /Roast Beef 
                                 Rice /Mashed Potatoes /Broccoli w/Cheese
                                 Blk.-Eye Peas / Fried Green Beans                                                   
   THURSDAY:         Chicken Cordon Bleu / Lasagna 
                                 Rice / Mashed Potatoes /Sweet Corn
                                 Buttered Carrots /Fried Squash
     FRIDAY :            Fried & Baked Fish / Boiled Shrimp
                                 French Fries /Onion Rings/Fried Okra
                                Cabbage / Corn & Potatoes.
