Dietary and Cafeteria

          DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
The hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

                                   Baked Squash / Fried Corn Nuggets   
 Tuesday:                 Mexican Chicken /Fried Pork Chops
                                  Rice /Mashed Potatoes/Pinto Beans
                                  Buttered Corn / Broccoli Bits 
WEDNESDAY :        Stuffed Bell Peppers / Fried Chicken 
                                  Rice /Mashed Potatoes/Mustard Greens
                                  Purple Hull Peas / Fried Green Beans                                                   
   THURSDAY:         Chicken Alfredo / Jambalaya
                                 Rice / Mashed Potatoes /Broccoli w/Cheese
                                 Pickle Beets / Fried Zucchini
     FRIDAY :           Fried & Baked Fish / Boiled Shrimp
                                French Fries /Onion Rings/Fried Okra
                               Cabbage / Corn & Potatoes.
