Dietary and Cafeteria

          DeSoto Regional, we understand that one of the primary things that a patient remembers about a hospital stay is the quality of the food. We strive to make our patients stay as pleasant as possible by working with them to personalize a diet plan that they can enjoy while ensuring that they are getting the meals that are specified by their physicians.
Not only does the Dietary Department take care of patient needs, it serves visiting family members and the public as well.
The hospital cafeteria, is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

                                 Turnip Greens /Fried Corn Nuggets
 Tuesday:                Meatloaf / Chicken Cordon Bleu                
                                 Rice /Mashed Potatoes/ Buttered Corn
                                 Calif. Style Veggies / Fried Squash
WEDNESDAY :       Smothered Pork Chops / Beef Brisket   
                                 Rice/Mashed Potatoes/Mustard Greens
                                 Field Peas / Broccoli Bits                                   
   THURSDAY:        BBQ Beef on Bun / Chicken Fried Chicken
                                Rice / Mashed Potatoes/Peas & Carrots 
                                Italian Green Beans / Fried Zucchini
     FRIDAY :           Fried & Baked Fish/ Boiled Shrimp
                                French Fries /Onion Rings/Fried Okra
                               Cabbage / Corn & Potatoes.
